Roasted Green Beans
These green beans do tend to stay a little on the toothy side, but many people like them that way. They aren't tough, but not really tender either. No one has ever complained and they get eaten up to the last bean every time!!

Time: 1-2 Hours
Oven temp: 375°
Ingredients:
1 lb French green beans, fresh, preferably in a microwavable bag
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 quart zip top bag
Instructions:
Microwave the green beans for 6 minutes on high. Follow the package instructions regarding piercing the bag.
When the cooking is complete, carefully open the bag and empty the beans into the zip top bag. Add the three flavorings and seal the bag, removing as much air as possible.
Marinade the green beans for at least 30 minutes, and as long as 90 minutes.
Add the beans to the roasting tray, in a container to hold the marinade if possible. Roast at 375° for 20-30 minutes, tossing them slightly half way through.
