Cinnamon Pull-a-parts
This is our traditional Christmas Morning breakfast because it can be prepared the night before and requires no effort in the morning to finish it. No one wants to worry about breakfast on Christmas morning!
The first one up starts the oven to preheating and puts the pan in to bake. As soon and the house smells like freshly baked cinnamon buns and coffee, everyone else will be lured out.
Yield: 12-18 large cinnamon rolls
Time: overnight
Bundt pan, sprayed with non-stick spray
375 degrees
Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen yeast rolls
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup sugar
2 tbs cinnamon
Instructions:
Just before going to bed on the night before a special breakfast, spray a Bundt pan with non-stick spray. Pour 12‑18 frozen yeast rolls into pan. Pour melted butter over top. Mix sugar and cinnamon and pour over rolls. Toss all together and cover lightly. Put in a warm place to thaw and rise overnight. Then in the morning, bake at 375 for 25‑30 minutes. Allow cake to cool 5 minutes before turning out on a serving plate. Pull each roll off of the cake to serve.
