Hot Chocolate
For years you could find this hot chocolate mix and spiced tea mix (next recipe) in my kitchen year-around. These recipes are proportioned to match the sizes of large container available at the Aldis store. That isn’t the case anymore, so you can slide the proportions around to fit your container sizes and your flavor preferences. No need to be precise.

Time: 15 minutes.
Special equipment: airtight storage container
Ingredients:
8 oz Cocoa (unsweetened)
20 oz Powdered milk
16 oz Powdered coffee creamer
2 cup sugar (or to taste)
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a large bowl or paper bag and mix well. Store mix in an airtight container. Mix 3 heaping tbs into one cup hot water.
